Updating the drive technology of motorized festoon systems and motor-driven cable reels. Conductix-Wampfler exchanges the discontinued Simovert Masterdrive converter units with the state-of-the-art Sinamics technology.
Conductix-Wampfler is now responsible for the supply of a total of 15 hybrid battery systems for RTG cranes and to retrofit an electrified E-RTG crane to a zero emission Full-Electric RTG crane (FE-RTG) by utilizing a battery pack.
Conductix-Wampfler will supply conductor rails and energy guiding chains on 15 overhead cranes for a major, global crane manufacturer for the Osborne South Development Project at the Osborne Naval Shipyard in South Australia.
